| Reception | Open from 7.30am – 10.00am & 2pm – 6.00pm Call 06 385 8648 for assistance. During weekends and peak season reception hours are extended. |
| Bar/Restaurant | Open daily from 4pm. During the Winter on days when the mountain is closed, the bar will open at 12pm, we have a selection of books and board games available to borrow. The bar also has a pool table, foosball, table tennis and darts boards. |
| Breakfast | We are offering breakfast bagels to collect from the café between 7.30 – 9.00am. Pre-orders are essential, please book these with reception or restaurant staff by 9pm the evening prior. |
| Packed Lunches | We offer packed lunches for our houseguests, please order these with reception or restaurant staff before 9pm the day prior. These are $25pp and include 2 sandwiches, 2 pieces of fruit, a muffin and a bottle of water. |
| Spa Pools | Available of a first come first served basis until 9.30pm daily. Please be considerate of other guests and limit your time to 20 minutes. After use please replace the lid. |
| Room Servicing | Rooms are serviced daily, we will replace tea and coffee and provide clean crockery. We encourage you to be environmentally friendly and reuse your towels, however any towels left on the floor will be replaced. |
| Keys | Please return your key to reception upon departure. A charge of $25 will apply for any lost keys. |
| Internet | Connect to Kings Hotel hotspot. On arrival guests will receive a WiFi code with login details. 24hr guests – 1GB Free |
| Transport | During Winter months we can book you a shuttle to pick up outside the hotel, shuttles can take you to the skifield. Prices are $35 return for an adult and $25 return for a youth (6 – 12). Family passes, 2 adults and 2 youths are $100. The shuttles also available for transport to the Tongariro Crossing, the suttle will pick you up outside the hotel and is $65 pp return. |
